I have to say, I really do love when couples choose to do their engagement session in their own neighborhood, in the very places they spend a large portion of their time together. The coffee shops they love, the bars they frequent, the streets they walk. It feels like it really is about telling their story as a couple and I love that! So, when Lydia and Matt propositioned taking some engagement photos in their new ‘hood’, I was all for it! (Not to mention their new hood is my old hood and I miss it so very much, so it was an extra special treat to wander around Andersonville that day!) And, not only did we take some lovely neighborhood photos, but we also hit up the beach for some golden light goodness that was just too yummy for words! It’s safe to say I will be counting down the days until these two say, ‘I do’!
